Agenty’s email integration is multi purpose integration. This is used to send the notifications when job is completed, error find in logs and to send agent’s output result files to given email addresses in CSV(comma separated values) format to automate the data result delivered via email.
Follow few steps to attach email integration with your agent:
Click on the
Integration from left menu bar. The integration page will open up, then click on the corresponding
Add button to attach the email integration.
Select the agent you want to attach.
Enter the email address (Comma separated if multiples).
Enable the options, according to your requirement as instance:
If you want to get notification when job is completed , any error find in logs or
you want to send output file as attachment and logs file as attachment you can enable the option according to your requirements.
(Note: The logs file may be large and may exceeds the total email size to 25mb
which is the limit for attachments, so use this option carefully).
- Enter the collection number(1, 2, 3…) if your agent is structured to produce result in multiple output collections.
The email size can be maximum of 25 mb in total (content + attachments). So, the attachment will be ignored if the agent output size is larger then 25 mb.
Now, go back to your agent page and re-run it.
Now, check your email. You will see that an email is sent with attachments.
